Exploring the violin offers so many lessons regarding creativity, patience, discipline, and expressing your emotions - qualities so integral to everyday critical thinking and problem solving. Through my time at the University of Toronto and my private studio, I have worked with students ranging from 4 years old to 75 years old, and from complete beginners to conservatory students and professionals. Being a freelance violinist in Toronto, I’ve grown accustomed to playing music beyond my classical studies, including everything from jazz, to fiddle, to even hip hop music!
